Welcome to CrossFit HB!

Our mission is to forge a community built around the CrossFit methodology of fitness and nutrition, in order to bring the reality of elite levels of fitness to our members. Here we strive to break you away from the current, flawed fitness model that we see so prevalent in the world today. You won’t find big mirrors, fancy equipment or juice bars once you enter our doors. At our facility we utilize only the tools necessary to build elite levels of fitness – barbells, kettles, pull-up bars, determination and sweat.

Free Community Workouts

Our Community Workouts are monthly events held the 1st Saturday of Each Month. All current Members can bring friends, family, co-workers, or new acquaintances to the box and join us for a fun and effective CrossFit workout.

These workouts are designed for scalability so that both new and veteran athletes can adjust the workout to a difficulty that suits their needs and fitness. This is the perfect chance to get those who have asked you about CrossFit up to the box to learn more about the benefits of our programs and let them share in the fun of working out and interacting with our community!

The workout starts at 9am Saturday morning. Anyone is welcome, so start spreading the word and we'll see you there!

    CrossFitting for Two Two weeks ago, I spent some time writing about goals; in revisiting my own goals, I thought I’d share with those of you who don’t see me daily or have never met me, a little bit about my current CrossFit journey.  Late in January, during what had been the peak of my CrossFit training and just after I had hit my goal of 19% body fat, I found out I was pregnant.
