Happy Holidays to everyone at CrossFit HB! I hope you all will enjoy the holidays with your family and friends. Did anybody get some awesome CrossFit gear in their stockings? I know I did! Tomorrow I will be at CrossFit HB around 9:30ish to get some work in before I head back to Santa Cruz for volleyball on the 27th. Anybody is welcome to stop by and get a wod in, open gym style.
